EnerTech Ltd ., an energy industry watcher in China, and People of Asia for Climate Solutions (PACS), a non-profit climate advocate group in the Philippines. The writing and editing teams of New Energy Era are composed of experienced energy writers and climate communicators from both countries with extensive networks of energy policy makers, companies, and analysts in China.
